| The Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic says the net is closing on the former Yugoslav president, Slobodan Milosevic, after the arrest of his former secret police chief. Rade Markovic is being held in connection with an attempt to assassinate the Yugoslav opposition leader, Vuk Draskovic two years ago. The BBC's Paul Woods reports. |
