| Police in France have arrested a man described as a leader of the Spanish Basque separatist movement, ETA. The arrest came hours after a car bomb exploded in the Spanish city of San Sebastian. Two people were killed and four injured. Its believed ETA planted the bomb. The BBC's Samantha Simmonds reports: |
