Bush and Blair forge ties
	Tony Blair has his first meeting with President Bush. Mr Bush says he knew Mr Blair would be a "friend on the end of the phone". The meeting at Camp David is the President's first with a European leader since he took office. The BBC's Stephen Sackur reports
