Bosnia Hercegovina has new non-nationalist government

Bosnia Hercegovina has a new non-nationalist government, three months after parliamentary elections in which non-nationalists gained a slim majority.

The BBC correspondent in Sarajevo said the process of forming a government was paralysed by a protracted power struggle with the nationalist parties.

And he said governing Bosnia will not be easy, with the country's finances in a mess.

Last week the International Monetary Fund and World Bank warned that future loans would not be released if the government crisis continued.
