Mozambique flood rescue effort
	The president of Mozambique, Joaquim Chissano, visits central parts of the country which have been affected by devastating floods.The government of Mozambique has made a new appeal for thirty-million dollars to help victims of floods. The BBC's Gavin Hewitt reports.
