Burma clashes with Shan rebels
	Reports from the border between Burma and Thailand say fresh fighting has broken out between Burmese troops and separatist Shan rebels. The scene of the clashes was close to the Thai town of Mae Sai where Thai and Burmese troops exchanged gunfire ten days ago. The BBC's Jonathan Head reports.
