Irvine to face critics
	The Lord Chancellor Lord Irvine has been accused of "damaging the integrity of his office" by asking sympathetic lawyers to donate at least £200 to Labour at a fundraising dinner he was hosting in London. Until now Lord Irvine has not answered his critics, but will address the issue on Wednesday when he answers a question in the House of Lords. The BBC's David Wilby reports.
