Ban on consultants' private work
	Hospital consultants could be stopped from working privately for up to seven years after they qualify, under proposals being published by the government. New consultants will receive an extra ten thousand pounds a year, in return for agreeing to work exclusively for the NHS. The BBC's Karen Allen reports.
