Tories back 'stay at home' parents
The Conservatives have fired the latest salvo, in the pre-election battle over tax. William Hague will propose a new "married couples' tax allowance" this morning. But Labour says 80 percent of families, won't be able to claim the allowance. The BBC's Niall Dickson reports.
