	Many fishermen are angry at the EU of temporary ban on fishing in parts of the North Sea.They say it will hurt them and do nothing to restore fish stocks. But American scientists have just presented evidence showing that no-fishing zones do make a difference. The BBC's Pallab Ghosh reports
