Tough call
Some of Britain's call centres are under fire from workers who have complained of bullying, long working hours and impossible sales targets. Almost 400 people have called a new telephone hotline set up by the Trades Union Congress. Some callers said they had to put up their hands to go to the toilet, and one woman claimed she was threatened with having to wear a nappy. Call centre operators say the complaints should be seen in context . The BBC's Business Reporter John Moylan reports:
