Iraqi sanctions under review
The government is to "review" its policy of sanctions against Iraq, imposed 10 years ago during the Gulf War. It says the sanctions have prevented Saddam Hussein developing weapons of mass destruction, but it wants to assess their impact on ordinary people. The BBC's David Loyn reports.
