Schroeder rebuilds cabinet team
	German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder has begun the process of rebuilding his cabinet team after two ministers resigned over the country's growing BSE crisis. The Green Party's co-leader, Renate Kuenast, is replacing Karl-Heinz Funke as agriculture minister.
