Another strike at Bangladesh port
A strike has paralysed operations at the Bangladesh port city of Chittagong for the second time in a week. A port official said the strike disrupted transport and businesses. Police are patrolling the streets but there are no reports of disturbances. The strike has been organised by opposition groups which are trying to pressure the government into withdrawing court cases filed against their members. A similar strike took place on Sunday.
