UN welcomes secret Burmese talks
	UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan has welcomed news that the Burmese pro-democracy leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, has been holding talks with the country's military government since last October. The news came as the two sides held their first publicly announced meeting in more than five years. The BBC's Larry Jagan reports.
