Pinochet interrogation delayed

It is reported that the judge in charge of the investigation into former military leader, Augusto Pinochet, has decided to postpone a formal interrogation of the General set for Tuesday. The decision pulls the Pinochet case back from a legal stand-off; until now, Augusto Pinochet's legal team had insisted that he would not attend the interrogation with judge Juan Guzman, putting him at risk of being arrested for contempt.
