Montenegro shooting

A senior Montenegrin government official has been shot dead in the capital, Podgorica -- the second high-profile killing in the city in less than a year.

The victim was Darko Raspopovic, an official in the Interior Ministry responsible for uniformed police.

He was shot in a square in the city in the early evening, when it was full of people.

Last May, another senior official, Goran Zugic -- a security adviser to President Milo Djukanovic -- was shot dead in the city.
