In pictures: Israelis march on Jerusalem
Tens of thousands of Israelis converged on Jerusalem's Old City on Monday to protest against handing parts of the city to the Palestinians as part of a peace settlement.

![]() Right-wing settlers fiercely oppose ceding control of any parts of Jerusalem
![]() Marchers were banned from one section of the wall surrounding the Old City to avoid clashes with Palestinian residents
