Portugal ups stakes in uranium row
Portugal has decided to send three cabinet ministers to Kosovo as efforts are stepped up to find out if Nato weapons are linked to health problems among peacekeepers. Nato denies that spent shells, tipped with depleted uranium, caused some peacekeepers to die of cancer. Russia and the UN administration in Kosovo have called for an independent inquiry. The BBC's Fergus Nicholl reports
