Sub-zero in Siberia
	Siberia, renowned for its icy weather, has seen its lowest temperatures for 30 years - down to minus 57 celsius. Public transport has ground to a halt; firefighters have had the water freeze in their hoses; and hospitals have been swamped by cases of frostbite. The BBC's Rob Parsons reports from Moscow.
