Security review after judge attack
	An Old Bailey judge has been treated in hospital, after she was attacked by a prisoner, who leapt from the dock and punched her repeatedly in the face. Judge Ann Goddard suffered cuts and bruising. The defendant, who's accused of killing his girlfriend, was eventually overpowered by court officials. An inquiry has begun. The BBC's George Eykyn reports.
