Man dies in hotel fire

Police believe a man who died in a fire at a hotel in Cumbria was from Northern Ireland.

A man has been arrested following the blaze at the hotel in Kendal in the early hours of Sunday morning.

It is thought the man who died was 62 years old and was originally from County Antrim.

He was a resident at the hotel.
