Lisbon TV siege ends in surrender
	A man who had threatened to blow up the headquarters of Portugal's state television in Lisbon, has surrendered. The man forced his way into the building and locked himself in a toilet with his wife and two young daughters. He had threatened to explode a bomb. The BBC's Alison Roberts reports from Lisbon.
