Teenager 'will have to wait' for implants
	Doctors have condemned a mother who's promised her fifteen year old daughter breast implants as a birthday present. Kay Franklin says she doesn't want her daughter, Jenna, to have hang-ups about her appearance. But a spokesman for the British Association of Plastic Surgeons says the operation shouldn't be carried out on someone so young. The BBC's Emma Howard reports.
