Kabila bombs rebel positions

There have been reports of more fighting in the Democratic Republic of Congo between rebels and government troops.

The leader of the Ugandan-backed Congolese Liberation Movement, MLC, Jean-Pierre Bemba, said government aircraft had carried out two bombing raids on the rebel-held town of Dongo, in Equateur province.

There has been no word from the government on the rebel claims.
