Rail fare increase condemned
Passengers on SIlverlink, which covers surburban services from Watford to Birmingham, face across the board rises of 4.3%. People travelling off-peak with South West Trains will be even harder hit, with a 4.9% hike. The rises have been condemned as "shortsighted" by the chair of the Commons committee on Transport. The BBC's Simon Montague reports.
