Clinton, Cardoso talk drugs at Camp David
The Brazilian President Fernando Henrique Cardoso has had talks with President Clinton at his mountain retreat at Camp David.
A White House spokesman said the meeting was informal and the two men had discussed international efforts to combat illegal drugs trafficking, ahead of the special United Nations summit on the drugs trade to be held in New York today Monday.
