Eight dead in Kashmir blast
	The blast happened near the Indian army's headquarters in the Kashmiri summer capital, Srinagar. Delhi announced a unilateral ceasefire in its campaign against militants in November, but attacks on Indian troops have continued. The BBC's Bill Hayton reports.
