Twenty killed in South African crash

A bus has plunged off a mountain pass in South Africa, killing twenty people, including six children.

More than forty others on board were injured.

Police said the bus was en route from Cape Town when the driver lost control on a bend and the vehicle fell thirty metres down an embankment.

The accident happened sixty kilometres north of the city of East London, in Eastern Cape province.
