Sanctuary shuts
	The RSPCA is having to close many of its animal centres this Christmas, because they are already full. The decision comes at a time of year when people are most likely to dump unwanted pets. But the charity says that staying open would mean having to put animals down. The BBC's Steve Kingston reports.
