More separatist killings in Assam

In India's north-eastern state of Assam, separatist rebels from the National Democratic Front of Bodoland have killed five factional rivals from the Bodoland Liberation Tiger Force.

The deaths bring to seventeen the number of people believed to have been killed by the National Democratic Front during the past twenty-four hours; twelve Bhutanese nationals were killed on Friday. Ten died in an attack close to Assam's border with Bhutan and two others in an attack at a market in central Assam.
