Surprise witness stuns Estrada trial
	The impeachment trial of the Philippino President Joseph Estrada is due to begin a 10 day recess for Christmas and New Year, giving the court and public time to assess the evidence presented against the president so far. The most serious allegation is that he controlled a multi-million dollar bank account under a false name. The BBC's John McLean reports.
