Drug seizure on TAjik-Afghan border


Russian border guards in Tajikistan are reported to have seized more than fifty kilograms of drugs on the Tajik-Afghan border.

The Russian news agency Itar-Tass says the drugs along with seven-hundred grams of explosives were discovered in the Pyandzh area.

Correspondents say more than six-hundred kilograms of drugs have been seized along the border so far this year.
