Chance to talk to the world

Each week Newstalk offers you the chance to take part in some of the best chat on the web and on the radio.

This week we will be discussing the merits of genetic engineering. This week Prince Charles spoke of his fears about playing with the genes of animals and plants in the name of progress. The Prince says that it takes mankind into realms that belong to God. Meanwhile in Switzerland votes have rejected a referendum proposal to impose stricter curbs on genetic research.

Would you like to see genetic engineering stopped? Or do its potential benefits outweigh the possible dangers?

Last week on Newstalk, we discussed: Do we take football too seriously?
