Possible come-back for football terraces

Standing terraces were phased out after the Taylor report into the 1989 Hillsborough disaster in which 96 Liverpool fans were killed. But Kate Hoey told the BBC's Weekend Watchdog programme that she has been impressed with modern terraces at football grounds in Germany. Hoey's comments put her at odds with the Culture Secretary, Chris Smith, who has argued against a return to standing areas. The BBC's Paul Anstiss reports.
