Montesinos sought in Venezuela

The Peruvian prime minister, Javier Perez de Cuellar, has called on the Venezuelan government to investigate reports that Peru's former intelligence chief, Vladimiro Montesinos, is now on the run in the country. There are also suspicions that he has had plastic surgery to conceal his appearance. This comes as tough new anti-corruption laws were passed by the Peruvian Congress to help track down those involved in the criminal activities of Mr Montesinos. Claire Marshall reports from Lima.
