	Thousands of donors who have lived in Britain,where BSE took hold in the late nineteen eighties, have just been banned from giving blood. And Australians who have spent lengthy periods of time in France and Germany - where the authorities are also struggling to contain outbreaks of BSE - could be next. Nick Squires reports.
