| The head of the NATO led peace keeping mission in Kosovo says progress has been made in high level talks with Serbian officials on how to quell violence on the boundary with Serbia. General Carlo Cabigiosu met the Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Nebojsa Covic, in the southern Serbian town of Bujanovac. The meeting however has angered some Kosovo Albanians as Nicholas Wood reports.
