Kashmir militants plan Pakistan talks
The All-Party Hurriat Conference, the main separatist alliance in Indian-administered Kashmir, will visit Pakistan in January. The decision came after developments in peace talks between India and Pakistan. India has decided to extend its unilateral ceasefire in Kashmir by a month and Pakistan has announced that it will withdraw some troops from the line of control separating Indian- and Pakistani-administered Kashmir.
