Rwandan genocide sentences
A Rwandan court has sentenced more than thirty people to life imprisonment on genocide charges.
Nine people were acquitted.
The verdicts came after a three-month trial in the north-eastern town of Byumba.
Since the first genocide trial opened eighteen months ago more than three-hundred-and-fifty people have been convicted.
Thousands more have still to face trial.
