Israeli soldier injured in Lebanon

An Israeli soldier is reported to have been slightly injured in a bomb explosion in southern Lebanon.

Israel radio said the soldier was hit by shrapnel when the armoured personnel carrier he was travelling in drove over an explosive charge in the area occupied by Israeli forces.

Hezbollah guerrillas said they carried out the attack.
