Deputy foreign ministers from the Association of South East Asian Nations, ASEAN, are holding their first formal meeting with Russian officials in Moscow.The talks, aimed at forging a partnership between Russia and ASEAN, are expected to cover a number of issues, including the expansion of NATO.

A full meeting between the Russian foreign minister and his ASEAN counterparts will take place in July.
