Indonesian police say a train has collided with a minibus at a railway crossing in central Java, killing eighteen people.

Reports from scene say the bus became stuck on the tracks of an unguarded crossing as the train was approaching.

Indonesian officials said all the passengers in the minibus were killed instantly.
