Two civilians killed by a rocket in southern Lebanon

Two civilians in Lebanon are reported to have been killed by a rocket fired from the zone Israel occupies in the south.

Eyewitnesses said the two -- who were brothers -- were hit as they were herding cattle in Iqlim Al-Touffah region, a stronghold of the Hizbollah guerrilla group just north of the Israeli-held area.

Lebanese state radio said Israeli troops were behind the attack.
