Energy forum in Riyadh begins
Energy ministers from around the world are meeting in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, aiming to produce a working dialogue between oil producing and oil consuming countries. Correspondents say the forum is a chance for Saudi Arabia to use its muscle as the world's largest oil producer and exporter to bring stability to the oil market.
