Energy forum in Riyadh begins

Energy ministers from around the world are meeting in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, aiming to produce a working dialogue between oil producing and oil consuming countries.

Correspondents say the forum is a chance for Saudi Arabia to use its muscle as the world's largest oil producer and exporter to bring stability to the oil market.

But analysts say it's unlikely that any binding decisions will be taken.
