| Leaders from Spain, Portugal and twenty-one countries in Latin America have ended their two-day summit in Panama. The meeting, which had been designed to strengthen regional ties, and to combat child poverty, was overshadowed by controversy surrounding the Cuban president, Fidel Castro. He accused his counterpart from El Salvador of allowing his country to harbor a man who allegedly planned to kill him. The BBC's Robert Allen reports:
