| The man, Robert Hitchins, made the pledge to the BBC television programme Children In Need after going to a race meeting where one of his horses won. Mr Hitchins, who moved to Guernsey as a tax exile,said he'd known as a child what it was like to be in need. The BBC's Jane Warr reports on the show: |
