Communist warning to Clinton
On the third and final day of President Clinton's visit to Vietnam, there are reports that the country's communist party general secretary has made an uncompromising defence of Vietnam's socialist system. Le Kha Phieu met with Mr Clinton on Saturday, and looking back to the Vietnam war, he spoke of his country's occupation by imperialists and asked why the US had invaded Vietnam. Mr Clinton is now in Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon, where's he's been given an enthusiastic welcome. The BBC's Matt Frei reports from Saigon:
