Urban White Paper
	This report follows on from the work of the Urban Task Force, chaired by Lord Rogers, which reported in 1999. The White Paper was announced in 1998 and is now a year late. It is expected to take a more holistic approach to urban regeneration rather than simply pre-occupying itself with improving the physical environment.
