Rebuilding relations
	Bill Clinton is the first US President to visit Vietnam since the last American troops flew out of Saigon more than 25 years ago. Vietnam suffered far greater losses than the US during the conflict, but as the BBC's Richard Lister reports, the war has cast a long shadow over efforts to rebuild relations between the two countries.
